...managed to do just over 100 miles this week (the longest ride being 41, and then four between 15 and 18 miles . This is the most I've ever done - probably at good job too, we have just been told if the average speed for Amsterdame drops too low for more than 10mins, the culprits will be picked up by the support van (I have a feeling they better take a bus, it might get rather crammed! )

Some people have definitely done more training than us, but other appear to have done hardly any/none, so hopefully it should all be reasonably bearable...
