i had an issue with a completely bollocks fine from parking eye, who do aldi's car parks. my wife had been there on two occasions, and they tried to fit us up for the car being there for the whole duration. a quick google revealed Aldi's appeal number and, as we had two receipts, saw that being the end of the matter...

my son before he went off travelling the world got about a dozen of these things . he told us he was not going to pay them so we have ignored them and so far apart from lots of warning letters nothing has happened and the letters seem to be getting less and less
