This year's London Frewheel event is coming up on the 21st Sept and they're looking for people to volunteer as marshalls. I was thinking of doing it, and wondered if anyone had done it and had any thoughts on the matter?
Anyone been a London Freewheel marshall?

I am down as one for this year (from Havering). Ben Lovejoy is also going to be one from Newham.
I did my marshall training on Tuesday. The borough routes should be released next week (starting points only to the general public and recommended routes to the marshalls).
There are 300 volunteers so far and 45,000 riders expected. As a marshall you get a free lunch and an orange hi-his vest (wow !!)
