Mmm. Not so much fat. Podgy maybe ?

Cycle for enjoyment mostly. Apart from crud weather. Which is often in the U.K. - this time of year at least. But mainly for burning a few calories without sitting in a gym etc - and actually getting out in the fresh air……..

One nice thing over the years is that more and more people with weight issues have taken to cycling. They are also not afraid to wear lycra and just go for it. For whatever reason for cycling its all good. Even if you do not lose weight, you still become relatively more healthy, fitter and breathe easIer.

Here-here ! All miles (Cycling, running, walking, etc) are good miles if under the umbrella of being ‘fitter’…..

i did put on a lot of weight when mini ck1 was little but when i started cycling again i got back to a better me
