Mine only has 1.86ghz and 1gb ram but it was a freebie.

To be honest, I don't fully use the performance that often from my laptop or desktop PC that often....but I knew that I'd be using them for gaming and didn't want something with the spec to suit me for more than a month

A mate of mine (who knows about these things) feels you need 2 gigs at minimum ! for fista di vista
The bigger the MEMORY the bigger RAM needed; basically - which then comes down to processor speed and obviously the less things running on it the more ergonomically it'll run
