Charity/fun rides 2011

Hi,
I am new to cycling but i did do the BHF London to Paris in September.
I am looking for something a little different this year. Does anybody on here have any any ideas?

One of the spin-offs from this is that you are sucked into the vortex of Friday Night Riding...when the Moon is full - and you make friends, then you do other things with said friends and all of a sudden...

Does it have to be a charity run event? You could do a sportive or other such event and get people to sponsor you. I did the BHF coventry ride last year, and this year am going to do the dartmoor classic. It's a sportive, but not a charity one as such. I'm just going to get people to sponsor me and riase money myself.

I'd recommend anything run by Charity Adventure . I did the Amsterdame (York to Amsterdam and back) a couple of years ago.
