Difficult to be sure but I was told mid 80's , it was one of 4 being sold following the death of the original owner.Any idea roughly when it was made? I'm confused because the shifters don't look like they belong with the frame. Otherwise I'd have said 1980's.
His 10 mile record of 23.27 is two minutes faster than I could do it on two wheels!Difficult to be sure but I was told mid 80's , it was one of 4 being sold following the death of the original owner.
See link re the original owner who was quite a respected cyclist https://dave-worsfold.muchloved.com/
I would have liked all 4 of them but timing and location were against me .
Absolutely must have been fun trying to keep all the wheels on the tarmacHis 10 mile record of 23.27 is two minutes faster than I could do it on two wheels!
Yes, I'll bet the turns were... interesting! A lot of 'out & back' courses involved a u-turn in the road with a martial standing on the centre line.Absolutely must have been fun trying to keep all the wheels on the tarmac
