My screen display has got wider and all of the round objects are now oval, how do I get them back to being round!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Other than the on/off button, are there any other setting buttons on the monitor (normally on the lower front)?

right click on the desktop and select properties then settings and see what you can alter,

or get drunk and it will look O.K.

Or maybe your monitor itself has glitched the width settings? Try adjusting the width settings in your monitor using the manually contorls on it.

Sounds more likely. Is there a 'Menu' button on your monitor? Try pressing that and fix it through the OSD.
