So...
It's an anagram of a six letter word less the letter "t" to mean a bike manufacturer. The six letter word is tied up with the end of the overnight soaking, but that's where I'm stuck

Or it could be a past participle with the letters of ATE removed. I just want confirmation that it's 6, not 5, letters. Mind, I haven't actually checked the letters on paper....
EDIT: No, I've just written it down on paper and it's not quite that either...but I still think I have the right answer.....
