It's only just occurred to me, but cycling the morning after drinking is surely the default position?

Seeing as the correct person has failed to step up, was this, the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 what you had in mind?

I think you really have to push the boat out to be unfit to cycle the next morning. Feeling like cycling the morning after is another matter.
