Doing a TT with a child seat.

Is it legal? Is it safe?

On a *serious* event, you wouldn't be allowed. On the other hand, at a normal club event (probably) or fun event, you'd be allowed.

Is it legal? It's legal - but it ain't 100% legal. I have a Co Pilot seat & the guidelines suggest you don't go above 15 mph.

Is it safe? Well - if my wife caught me pulling a stunt like that then there would be a fatality for sure.

Fairly certain they would not let you...I made enquiries about doing the great north ride (seahouses- tynemouth) with bairn on board but organiser's computer said no! ...even though he probably would have slept for half the ride....
