Hi, Mrs Munrobagger (with the new road bike:bicycle: that I find hard to catch on hills:angry:) has asked me to ask for any advice on whether when starting out road cycling, hill climbing (on bike) etc you should go out on your bike every day to improve your fitness.

Fair weathered,fair minded but easily persuaded.
Totally up to you.

If you want to improve your fitness you do the exercise more often and for longer to help endurance but how often is up to the individual.
