Not the quickest activity in the world is it?

So my garden is a bit grey, I'm using Ronseal harvest gold because it's the cheapest at bandq.

However there is ivy growing through from the neighbour that I quite like - would you paint around it, or even paint over the dead stuff?

Ivy has to come off. Easier when geeen. Use a scraper for the brown patch at the end. In the meantime

I use creosote myself.

I use my own patented enhanced creosote recipe, and spray it on. Experience has shown one should apply my concoction on a still day, because if it blows on your skin it burn!

I'd whip the Ivy off, it'll soon grow back next year.

I paint my fence when the vegetation is at a minimum. Red cedar seems to be my default colour.

Grass needs clearing from between the slabs.

I'd whip the Ivy off, it'll soon grow back next year.

Treat it as a weed and it'll grow back in no time. You want it to grow, it'll do it's best to prove your green fingers wrong.

Nuke the ivy with chemicals to kill it. I use the same stuff Network Rail use for keeping the railways clear.
