My carbon Guerciotti frame is in pristine condition but the transfers on it (white flashes and embellishments) let the side down. How can I remove them completely as any fix looks like a bodge.

Jetwash, just make sure you don't melt the frame.

Bloody Hell - Status Quo as an answer and 'reefer' is even older
I'd have posted the 1973 version of that song if it existed on youtube. :becool: (it's an obscure album track)

As for Marijuana what is it you youngsters call it these days if 'reefer' is an old terminology (I may be a little out of touch/from a different continent)

Seriously though if the decals are under a clearcoat then the only way to remove them is to have the entire frame sanded and refinished.

Which is more extreme an obscure Status Quo track from 1973 or sand blasting my Geurciotti frame?
Who mentioned sand blasting, I use a water jetwash to remove stuck on decals but as yours are under a Laquer/clearcoat that obviously can't work so the only way to remove them is to have the frame re-finished the same as you would have a Motorcycle (Carbon fibre) Helmet custom painted.

have a look at the work this company does, they've even painted Peter Sagans S works. http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwj3xcLYqM_NAhWoCMAKHVtiDRkQFggwMAI&url=http://www.kustomflow.co.uk/custom-paint/custom-bike-cycle-frame-painting-respray/&usg=AFQjCNGJFNtolqZ71_iaN1zW9C_6MyBEyQ
