I draw a line under their greatness at Back In Black, after that they were shite.
Brian Johnson got lucky - I may have mentioned that before

Your exactly like me. they were shite after Back In Black. Their my favourite band but not after 1980. I think Johnstons voice has been terrible for ages now. Bon Scott must have had a big influence on song writing as the majority of the later stuff is just really naff.

If you like Layne's vocals then you need to give Mad Season a listen - it's an Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam and Screaming Trees collaboration and is easily the best thing to come out of the Seattle grunge period
