Although I nearly had to go and get it to a round 3010 on the Alpe d'Huez, but I couldn't be bothered. And I really can't be bothered with the others:stop:.

I've done every height and distance challenge this year until the last distance one, perfectly achievable but its been suggested to me by an ex pro to ramp things down a bit to be fresher for tt's, so Im trying that, so hopefully that means I'm not OCD :whistle:
Ive stopped a lot of my daily riding since doing tt and I'm faster for it . Rest is a massive part of training .
