On our way to Newcastle this afternoon, we stopped in the Durhan Services and I broke one of my strictest principle.



I went into McDonald's and bought a cup of tea and coffee. Shame on me but at least, I didn't buy any food from there.
Hopefully, it will be a long time before I do it again.

McDs' fill a gap every so often, although I wouldn't exactly eat there everyday or even every month, or anything.

In short, they are ok every now and then as long as you are remotely sensible about it.
