The cycling is about to start. My departure was delayed by a day because of a 22 hour heavy downpour. I toasted the deluge with copious amounts of the national spirit, Unicum. The distillery was surprised to get a second visit from me in 24 hours. They gave me a discount !!

Having drank nearly a litre of the stuff I have to disagree. Currently carrying a further litre of it and a bottle of absinthe for good measure.

No sign of pies though....

Unicum means unique. 40 herbs 40% alcohol. A bitter version of Jaegermeister. It's a man's drink.
