Seems to be an active pro cycling scene in Iran. Mohammed was doing quite well by the looks of it. I wonder why he felt the need to claim asylum in the UK?

No idea - plenty of Iranians DO seek asylum elsewhere, so could be for similar reasons? /speculation

Where is your graphic/stats from? What type of "points" do they show?

I also have no idea what reason he is seeking asylum, it should for fear of persecution of some kind, although I don't know what form a pro cyclist might claim.
