How many miles per pancake will I need to do to burn them off?
I had to google Ray, despite having seen him live at Uni back in the day. He was utter shite!
Lots of unknown variables there, but at a rough guess - about 100 miles in total, so 1.5 mpp.
That's promising. Just come back from a ride that's earned me15 pancakes, so might stick with 15.

I follow a Delia Smith recipe, from the BBC I think. I double everything and it's never enough. I'm the cook on Pancake Day (some other days too): I have two pans on the go and send them out thick and fast. It's hot work and I eat standing up in the kitchen. Suddenly, after about 30 minutes, everyone realises they can't take any more. But OK just one more..
