I don’t think there is a comprehensive list.
They are usually just buildings which the local council have flagged as important. In my experience they are usually pubs which are deemed a public asset at risk of development into flats.
My first stop to look would be the local council planning office.
Listed buildings are on the historic England site with an interactive map. But community assets are not listed.
