We're deep into surface-dressing season around the state capital, so some proper tarmac will be a treat.

I've just been reminded about this ride - last year's version was probably the highlight of my 2016 cycling, but I've hardly cycled at all since late July and have become horribly weak and unfit. But let's see if I can make it this year, perhaps without the one man TT from Cosham station. Looks as though I can get the train there for a fiver.
