Opinions on some one pulling out

Have had several of these idiots pull out like that in the last few weeks. Annoying? Yes. Dangerous? Yes. Do they care? No. Would the police care? Not unless you are injured.

Thanks for your opinions all, the more I think about it the more I believe she didnt properly look but I think I could have reacted should I have needed too! this one from tonight was a lot worse,

its the speed of the driving that has unsettled me so much if someone was crossing or there was something round the corner it could have been bad!!! 2 incidents on the same corner!!

Not sure if there was anything I could do to prevent either?
