Spent all morning working, whilst watching the sunshine through the office window.

3.00 comes round, and I'd planned a nice 30 mile run over the Standedge to Rochdale.. set off, got about 1/2 mile down the road and BANG !!!!

Bloody great hole in the sidewall of the rear tyre

Walk home and order new tyres from Wiggle..... bet I dont get any sweets either

s'alright mate, my chain broke twice, the first time knacking meself on the crossbar giving it full beans up a rise............bloody ten speed.

Still, it was on the way home and it was a good ride.
