Are you using old-style levers or Ergos? On an 80s bike it'd be cool to have downtube shifters and old-school Dia-Compe Gran-Compe brake levers with tan colour hoods. Sweet!

It would be cool. But if you can find (a) double downtube mount for a Moulton AM, or ( a pair of Dia Compe levers with the rubber hoods intact, please let me know. No-one else can.

It's got Ergos. I'm not after museum-piece originality, I'm after a comfy tourer with modern components.

...er, no, Ossifer, but I did have to shop around long and hard to find panniers with a leather panel matching the ones on the shoes.

And I am wearing mirror sunglasses under that hat.

Mirror sunglasses? Like some 1980s US cop show? Like C.H.I.P.S.?

Oh good lord, whatever next? Is there no end to your sartorial sins

(Mind you, am I in a position to talk with that avatar?: Orange C+ jersey and a turquoise tricycle. Oh god, what was I thinking?)
