South Wales Ride - This Saturday?

I know this is short notice, but I'm on my own this weekend and was wondering if anyone fancied meeting around Monmouth for a not - very - fast 30 or 40 miler to start to ease me back into regular cycling. I'm inspired by the example of those north of the border!

That'd give me about 30 miles return journey to there so should just about manage another 30 if you know of a nice route from around those parts.
