I think they must have used really strong thread lock on them.

Having said that I love my secteur elite and I haven't found any other problems like this with it, the only part of the bike I haven't had in bits is the headset. I have done the BB and had no problems replacing that.

That's interesting just checked the Allen key I used and it is 11mm are your wheels cxp22
