Been out for 35 hilly miles in the wind, chomped through a couple of sausages on rolls and now having a coffee.

That should see me through to the start of the afternoon.

4 or 5 miles in 20 minutes or so, course you can find time

Went to meet everyone for the club ride, not 1 single person turned up.
Nearly just turned and came home but went on to do 62 solo miles.
