Ay, standing charges go up next month.
File for bankruptcy, stick a small magnet near the meter. Or say possibly your radio gear has interfered with them.

and said a time, Mrs M was out so bike it was so got some exercise, 270 ft ascent in two miles so a nice descent back home.

I'd just put the fish back...
