After the events in Casino Royale, Bond is left without the <Smallest amount> of #Comfort#, not even a <Quantum> of #Solace#

Berry: [attacking Sharpe] This is going to hurt quite a bit, old boy.
Patrick Harper: So will this, old boy.

Those are well chose quotes on that link. Hogan was given brilliant lines by Eoghan Harris and brilliantly played too. I guess they couldn't get the same actor for the second series and so invented that other engineer officer who was played by a guy who's always on telly but simply can't act (Michael somebody or other).

I thought that Sharpe was a load of silly tosh, but did enjoy Pete Poselthwaite hamming it up as the baddy.

Clearly late to this thread but anything with Daniel Craig in it merits a lip smacking YUMMMMMMMM from me!

I think Craig is way better than Connery.

Bond would be a hard, ex SAS type and that's exactly how Craig comes across. He looks like he would actually hurt you if he hit you, similar to Connery but with a more realistic, darker edge.

I hope the next film takes believability a step further. I think the Bond films were given a bloody nose by Bourne and I hope they've learned from it.

He was ex-navy, never was in the SAS (unlike John Rebus).

I said SAS 'type'. He looks like he could beat you up, not like Brosnan, who looked like he could cut your hair! ;0)

Pierce Brosnan runs like a girl being chased by a wasp.

Rubbish, he deliberately nudged me on Saturday night down the pub and spilt my pint. Took him outside and gave him a sound thrashing. He was even crying!
