The Proverbial commute

Bike takes about 25 minutes, car takes about 15 minutes, I ride in my work clothes so no showering or changing times, but I'm still riding 4 days out of 5 and I actually like riding on a cold and frosty morning, even this week riding with a back injury I'm still planning to ride 4 out of 5.

saves me money

either of those two alone would make me do it every day

the fact that's it generally enjoyable, sometimes hugely is a bonus

everyone is different but if I don't go everyday I start skipping days for silly reasons
