Had a good holiday here a few years back

St Ives Cambridgeshire had an old track that led to a pig farm

It was known as "Pig Lane"

So when houses were built on the land, the road remained Pig Lane

Then Huntingdonshire (as it was then) Constabulary built a new HQ on the road, and it the hundred yards either side were renamed "Broad Leas"

The police station at Sheffield airport is on Letsby Avenue. Story is that the road didn't have a name when they built it, but somebody scribbled it on the plans for a laugh and it stuck.

I've been up Jefferies Passage in Guildford

I've also ridden into a Slutshole in Norfolk

That must have been quite some ride, in more ways than one!!

Not dirty, but there is apparently somewhere called Wild Man Bridge somewhere on the West Coast Main Line near to Carstairs.
