This one, again, because I can't help myself:

I just wish I could translate the lyrics. I searched, but couldn't work it out. Here they are, in case any of you are interested:

David Bowie's penultimate album, The Next Day. It's a bit edgy, and a bit gloomy in parts, but it has some cracking songs. The Stars (are out tonight).

Last music I listened to, was for the 'Friday Night is.. songs about being in the band' thread

When it was Steve Earle, I listened to the playlist, with such beauts as this
When I saw him, on the 'Exit 0' tour (Leeds Irish Centre), he started signing 'Racing In The Streets' (Springsteen) & led straight into this

Very supportive of the US motor industry;
Now she ain't too good on gasoline, she burns a little oil
But she was built by union labor on American soil
Sweet little '66
So when your Subaru is over and your Honda's history
I'll be blastin' down some back road with my baby next to me
In my sweet little 66

Plus these

"Straighter than a Preacher, longer than a memory...."

Then, I wandered over onto Tindersticks

it's Sunday which means BBC 6music all day long...
I listen to Radcliffe & Maconie whenever I can, as I've enjoyed them both for many a year
I first head Radcliffe, when he had the 'Out on Blue 6' show
Even to this day, I still miss Maconies Saturday afternoon show on Radio 2

currently Pauline Black is standing in for Guy Garvey and is playing her favourite tunes from her teenage years.
As in Selector???
