Today its been Third Stage by Boston. I could listen to Hollyann over and over - the mournful riffs and chunky power chords of Tom Scholz battling with the wonderful voice of Brad Delp, and the way the harmonies coalesce as Delp sings the words "...concede it, Hollyann..." sends shivers down my spine.
The evil genius Scholz at the height of his powers achieving a perfection the band never quite reached again, and never will following Delp's tragic suicide.
