I have loads covering most of the big hits of the late '70s to late '80s but didn't buy any of them. My uncle used to own a bar and he had them for the jukebox and passed them on to me and my brother. I don't think I ever bought a 7" single but I suppose I've never been into mainstream music.

The theme to Fireball XL5 in 1963!

I wish I was a spaceman,
The fastest guy alive,
I'd fly you round the universe,
In Fireball XL5...

They don't make 'em like that any more!

Well might you blush!

I didn't buy it, but my first ever 45 was Sugar Sugar by The Archies.

"Sugar
Oh honey honey
You are my candy girl
And you got me wanting you."

They don't write lyrics like that anymore.

This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both Of Us - Sparks. Magic. It's still one of my favourite songs. Must've been 1973 or 1974. We didn't have a record player until then.
Spooky. Same here.

Never had a vinyl - I don't have grey hair.

I think the first album I was ever given was S-club 7  that was a while back mind...
