It's a top for the gym, the sneaky bug*gers have reduced the cost by 90p in the sale!

It's a choice so far between lube and tool. Inner tubes are a fiver. I don't keep bikes long enough to need a chain or indeed to get through much lube!

ah, but if you lubed the bike and replaced the chain occasionally your bikes would last longer :-)

But surely you should just upgrade it component by component until it's completely replaced....
Simply buying another bike isn't the same thing at all - you'll never be satisfied that way

OK, that's allowed then. The traditional approach is to replace everything, then decide the frame isn't good enough.
