This, if accepted, isn't a loophole, it's a lack of the correct legal process being applied to the accused, which is the right of anyone being tried.

I was never sure about the intent to push from the original video but having looked at it again today on a big screen, there does appear to be a deliberate push.

Does it? I thought manslaughter was when you do something knowing it might be dangerous but without the intention to kill.

This seems obtuse and/or ignorant. The danger is not in gesticulation per se, it's in disturbing the balance of someone who's dependent on balance for their safety.

Seems to have turned on whether she pushed the woman or not. I'm with @lazybloke , it does look like she pushed her, no definite proof so she walks free. Doubt whether killing someone even bothers her.

I think she's not all there mentally.
I think this sets a dangerous precedent here in the U.K. If attitudes were not already bad enough towards cyclists.
