If you actaually revel in bad cover versions, I feel compelled to recommend the album "Rock Swings" by Paul Anka. It is absolutely jammed full of suitable candidates - my personal favourite being his swing version of Van Halen's "Jump". I actually like hearing the odd track or two from this album as it always makes me laugh.
I recall hearing some of that stuff when it came out. Richard Cheese does the lounge-rock thing so much better, in part because he's not taking it too seriously....

Now you see I quite like Scissor Sisters' "Comfortably Numb" - but I've never heard the original.
Somebody gave me a copy of Shatner's version of "Common People" thinking I would find it amusing. Again, I'd never heard the original, but having heard the cover I went out and bought the album. Annoyingly, Pulp seem to have been a one-album wonder, as I bought some other of their albums and they're all cr*p.

Some truly horrific covers in this thread but nothing, NOTHING comes close to the horror that is -

Arthur Mullard & Hylda Baker You're The 1 That I Want -

And last but not least -

Paul Shane's epic - You've lost that loving feeling...

Enjoy!
