DCLane

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Don't worry it will be attracting more bills soon now its running.....

The good thing about a small fiat, is the repair bills are smaller than with a big fiat...

It stayed for a couple of months and did cost a bit to get running.

We''ve got a Fiat Panda (SWMBO's) which has been OK and a Chrysler Upsilon (stretched Fiat 500 with the Lancia Delta badges swapped) which decidedly isn't.

Slow progress is still progress. Got the bench more or less in, the brackets for the centre stand and all the holes drilled for mounting it to the frame.

Frame needs a bit of attention to rust spots and the rear wheel, which i have been putting off, needs all its gear shifting hardware fitted. Correctly. If its all in the bag. I hate fitting Shi**no hub gear wheels. Give me a derailleur any day.

Then attach rear brake and gear cables. Route the rear dynamo lamp (the front light was working perfectly when i first spun the wheel but is now not - so a loose connection somewhere). And then straighten the steering stop, because at the moment it turns more to one side than the other. I tried a hammering but it needs an unbending.

And replace the seat belts webbing.
