Thanks! Plus a lot of luck spotting it in the first place, throwing my quid down before anyone else did and a good eye to see that what appeared to be a wreck wasn't beyond salvation.

What i still don't get, is it had seven watchers on it. At £1 (plus 17p buyer protection). What exactly were they all waiting for?
