The higher price is because of the name and the inference that you too can BE Bradly or at least look like you are part of the Sky TDF team.
Regardless, the Kasks are a very comfy lid for those (like me) who have a wide head and they also look good. So I would expect them to be more expensive than a low design low comfort lid.
HOWEVER
On the opposite side of the coin I would argue that the price of all, main stream lids is ridiculous, they are just moulded bits of polystyrene with a vacuum stretched outer cover. As such there is little more manufacturing involved in making one than there is in making the packaging that they come in.
I'm considering the mojito myself as its easily the most comfortable lid I've tried on of late...but the price tag of all these branded lids does put me off, I could buy a GPS sat nav for that price.
