What I meant was there would be little point in me having a frame that capable. Nice though it would be of course.

I like the Venge and I like Cav, but I can't see myself ever being able to justify a bike based on a frame of that value for leisure riding. I'd probably be more tempted if it was brighter and colourful though

No, not for me, I like Cav but I am not fanatical enough about him to overlook the fact that it looks pretty much like any other Venge frame, as a side point, as brilliant as it may be it is a frame I wouldn't buy regardless of the paint job because it just doesn't do it for me, it is like most other stuff by Specialized, a special kind of ugly!

It's my food budget for nearly three years!
