What, a 404 error - that's, like, deep, man!

We go to the Baltic regularly to reinforce our prejudice.
Several pieces have caused consternation including a collection of fire extinguishers put in a corner ready to be serviced....

Couple of months ao I took the family to the Baltic the day after we had spent several hours in the National Gallery of Scotland. Having spent the best part of half an hour staring in total awe at the Rembrandt self portrait in Edinburgh I simply could not believe the complete junk and totally talentless sh**e that was on display in the Baltic. My two kids aged 12 and 14 were utterly entranced by the National Gallery, Bethany especially being knocked out by the sheer, glorious talent of just about all the artists and the wonder of being able to stand within inches of some of the most incredible, iconic works of art. Even the more modern stuff in the basement was exquisite.

As a contrast, according to the kids the best bits about the Baltic were the lifts, because they went up the outside of the building, and the interesting collection of new words and phrases they learned from dad. Good job the Baltic was free because if it had cost even 10p to get in there's no way I would have walked out of there without demanding my cash back. What a waste of space and money.
