110bcd running 46/36 which would go down to 34 or even 33. Would be just getting a lower gear really but I'm not getting younger so think that 34x29 would be okay but might not in a couple of years
Change of crankset to a 46-30 would be the most cost effective way of adjusting gears. Your lowest would then be near enough 1:1 which is pretty low. I'm assuming you have a threaded BB which would make it a relatively cheap change.
