Campagnolo 10 speed cassettes have a different and variable spacing - so you will get some noise on one or more of the rings.
The best alternative is to check out the Ambrosio Cassette range - they do Shimano splines with Campag spacing. The cassettes are about Campag entry level quality.
It is generally reckoned that a Campag 10 speed drive train will work with a Shimano cassette, but not the other way round. How slick it is I can't say, but I've known people claim no difference.
Thanks for the replies. Seems like I'm out of luck then! I am running Shimano drivetrain but got some Campag wheels at a good price and was wanting to see if a 10 speed cassette would work.
