I've been on here spouting rubbish since Xmas 2007 without a break.

It appears I will be celebrating eleven years on twentieth of November. I haven't taken a break

In that time, my cycle collection has grown somewhat, I've got the cycle-touring bug, my definition of a long ride has changed from about fifteen miles to having completed five imperial centuries this year I've also lost around four stone in weight
