NO not all in one go guys Just gone past 100 miles on my turbo trainer. It's taken 15 days but it's a big improvement from where I began. Managing 20/25 min twice a day and doing around 4 miles each time. Can certainly feel some positive changes going on
Needs must for now Ian, one or two health issues that need some more time on the trainer before I venture out.
At least things seem to be moving in the right direction.
The trainer is just a means to an end @jefmcg Both me and my GP would like me to be a little lighter
and a bit fitter before, going out onto the road. I have sneaky feeling that "Trainer" miles do not equal
road miles by any stretch of the imagination
