Finally done it. A year ago I set myself a goal to be able to ride 100miles. Yesterday I was able to do it. Was hard, I hit 90miles and wanted to cry as the wind had picked up. Now next year I'll set 200miles

What was you doing for fuel? Ie; Liquids and Solids etc.. Maybe that's why you found it a little bit harder (that and of course, it's 100 miles!)

I kept a average speed of 15.7mph so I pushed hard. Had high 5 tabs, sis flapjack and high 5 gels and a mars bar. I did need more food!! Did it in 6hr 23mins.

I have never done a 100 miles but I feel like a proper cyclist nonetheless. Congratulations anyway as many of us "proper cyclists" would like to do the same some day.
