It's actually a Sora R3000 9spd - cage length will take max sprocket 34t. Dont worry about the 'Medium' on the bag - the medium is the longer cage. It's still in a sealed bag with instructions never been out of the bag. It is left over stock from when I retired from my bike repair business 18 months ago. You can have it for £30 plus postage.
