11speed cassette fitting

Just got my 11 speed shimano cassette to go onto my fulcrums...no spacer came with them ...does the cassette just go straight on or does it still need a spacer..if so what size

No spacer needed. You need a spacer to fit a 10 speed cassette to an 11 speed hub but an 11 speed cassette goes straight on.

No. The 11 speed cassette is slightly wider hence the requirement for a spacer when fitting 10 speed cassette on 11 speed hub.

Bit more info that may help you. My Fulcrums came with a spacer (1.8mm I believe) for fitting a 10 speed cassette to it. This spacer is required in addition to any spacers supplied with the cassette (e.g 1mm spacer supplied with Shimano 105 10 speed cassette). The Tiagra 10 speed cassette is different in that it requires no spacer on a 10 speed hub so only requires the 1.8mm spacer to fit that cassette to an 11 speed hub.

Only on Mavic wheels. They had amazing foresight and made freehubs slightly wider years ago.
